Reliance Capital to acquire Quant Capital MUMBAI: Anil Ambani group's financial services arm Reliance Capital today said it will acquire brokerage and equity research firm Quant Capital,but did not disclose the financial details of the deal. Following the acquisition,operations of Quant Capital would be integrated with that of Reliance Equity International Ltd,a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Capital. Hindalco QIP issue price at Rs 130.90 MUMBAI: Hindalco Industries Ltd,the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group,on Friday said it has fixed Rs 130.90 a piece as the issue price for qualified institutional placement (QIP) of its equity shares. The company has determined November 26 as the closing date of the issue and Rs 130.90 per share as the issue price,Hindalco said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Adani gets nod to raise Rs 4K cr via QIP MUMBAI: Adani Enterprises on Friday said it has received approval from its shareholders for upsizing the amount to be raised through share sale to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) to Rs 4,000 crore from Rs 1,500 crore which was planned earlier. The members of the company have given their approval for enhancing the present limit of issue of shares or instruments convertible into shares to QIBs to the overall amount up to Rs 4,000 crore,Adani Enterprises said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. ABG offer for Great Offshore on Dec 3 MUMBAI: ABG Shipyard on Friday said its open offer for 32.12 per cent stake in offshore drilling firm Great Offshore will now commence on December 3. In a filing to the BSE,ABG Shipyard,which had earlier made an open offer at Rs 520 a share,said its plans to acquire over 1.25 crore shares in Great Offshore. It will begin on December 3,2009,instead of the previously scheduled August 13,2009.
