While the BJP hit out at Singh alleging he has lost his mental balance,the Congress backed him suggesting that his five tweets should be read in its entirety.
In his tweets,Singh hit out at the BJP first for suggesting that the law and order situation has become very bad in Bihar and alleging that the state government ignored intelligence alerts. Arent they suggesting a Muslim involvement without full investigation? Flip side of this. Amit Shah promises a Grand Temple at Ayodhya. Modi addresses Bihar BJP workers and asks them to teach Nitish a lesson. Next day Bomb Blasts at Mahabodhi Temple at Bodhgaya. Is there a connect? I dont know. The remarks drew instant objection from the BJP and RSS which jumped to Modis defence.
The RSS hit out at the Centre with Sanghs propaganda chief Manmohan Vaidya alleging that terrorism is on the rise because of lack of political will on the part of Congress-led government to tackle it.
