Albanian charged in plot to join Pak group
NEW YORK: A New York City resident has been charged with providing material support to a terrorist organisation by plotting to travel to Pakistan to join a radical fighting group. Agron Hasbajrami was charged in an indictment unsealed Friday in federal court in Brooklyn. The indictment said he had exchanged email messages with a contact in Pakistan and expressed a desire to die as a martyr.
Pak blocks access to Osama hideout
KARACHI: The police said they were stopping visitors from getting close to Osamas last hideout ahead of 9/11 attack anniversary. The Danish Ambassador to Pakistan,Uffe Wolffhechel,and his wife were among several people detained briefly this week in Abbottabad after they displayed an interest in viewing the house there.
