Almost a month after the trial court refused him relief,suspended IAS officer Ravi Inder Singh moved the Delhi High Court on Tuesday and sought bail. Singh did not receive any illegal gratification from co-accused Vineet Kumar the CMD of Kolkata-based Temptation Food Pvt Ltd to extend any favour, advocate K T S Tulsi argued before Justice Hima Kohli.
