Abbott Labs to launch open offer for Solvay Pharma

Abbott Capital India and Abbott Laboratories will launch an open offer for up to 1 million shares of Solvay Pharma India at Rs 3,054.73 a share.

Abbott Capital India and Abbott Laboratories will launch an open offer for up to 1 million shares of Solvay Pharma India at Rs 3,054.73 a share,the banker to the offer,DSP Merrill Lynch,said on Wednesday.

The offer will open on April 7 and close on April 26,DSP Merrill Lynch said in a statement.
