The bodies of the three were found in a field in Nonapar village when a farmer noticed a half-buried piece of cloth and started digging. The police were then informed. Sarita had been beheaded her head was found near a railway track four days ago.
It seems the family members killed the three and buried the bodies to conceal the crime. I visited their homes in the morning, but only female members were present, said Karnadhar. He said the women kept mum to his queries regarding the girls and the whereabouts of male members of the families.
