3 docs booked for death of baby

Three doctors Shilpa Kotak,Kiran Gupta and Vijay Ahuja have been booked for culpable homicide and medical negligence in case of a stillborn child at a private Kotak hospital here,police said on Sunday. Pravin Bochre,whose wife had delivered a still-born child on May 18,had lodged a complaint on May 19. While the doctors had claimed the babys death was caused by it being caught in the umbilical cord,the post-mortem report issued on Saturday stated death due to head injury during delivery.
