The intercepted conversation during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, between the executors and their Pakistani handlers, will be played in the Supreme Court on Thursday.
A Bench of Justices Aftab Alam and C K Prasad decided to listen to the conversations after the prosecution termed it an important link in the chain of evidence to show the attack was pre-planned. Hearing an appeal of Ajmal Kasab, the lone gunman who was captured alive, against his death sentence, the court fixed the time for the hearing at 2 pm. Senior advocate Gopal Subramaniam, appearing for the Maharashtra government, assured the court that all arrangements would be made to hear the conversations.
