Walden8217;s equity investment

PUNE, Aug 5: The international venture capital fund, Walden International Investment Group Walden has made an equity investment in Transaction Technologies Limited TTL, the promoting company of Equifax Venture Infotek EVI.

Walden has taken a 26 per cent equity stake in TTL. EVI is 50:50 joint venture between Equifax Inc., USA and TTL India. EVI provides services to banks and financial institutions for the automation of consumer payment systems and processing of cardholder and merchant transactions.
