Quite predictably, headlines are changing with the times for Employment News.

Tomorrow, when I&B Minister Jaipal Reddy releases the August 15 special issue of Employment News and Rozgar Samachar, the focus will be on Rajiv Gandhi, with a special message from Sonia Gandhi and a companion piece by Reddy himself on Rajiv Gandhi’s endeavour in widening information access.
