CHANDIGARH, Dec 13: National Insurance Company beat New India by 154 runs in the ongoing Inter-Insurance Company cricket tournament being played at Gursagar ground.

In another match United India Insurance Company defeated LIC by five wickets.

Brief Scores: National Insurance: 214 for 5 in 25 overs Anil Sharma 76, Anil Sood 76 New India: 60 in 15 overs.

LIC: 135 for 5 in 25 overs Gautam 44, Raj Kumar 2 for 20; United India: 136 for 5 in 23.5 overs Ajay Sharma 57 n.o., Raj Kumar 23, Sumandeep 2 for 16.
