MUMBAI, JAN 29: The sales of Transchem Ltd has rise by 70 per cent to Rs 10.48 crore for the third quarter ended December 1999 and earned a net profit of Rs 1.99 crore against a loss of Rs 99.40 lakh same period last year.The company has decided to issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs 4 only.
