CHANDIGARH, Feb 19: Parminder Singh of BA part I, won the best athlete award in the Government College Sector 11, annual athletic meet held at college premises here today.
Parminder also won the 100 metre dash to emerge the fastest runner of the meet. He was winner in the 200 metres and discus throw events also.
Parminder, however, got second place in triple jump and third position in long jump and javelin throw events.
