Seeking 8220;expeditious action8221; on the civilian nuclear deal with India, the US has said that both sides should 8220;now move forward8221; to complete the 8220;important8221; agreement which is in their 8220;best interests8221;. 8220;I am very much involved in this agreement between India and the US, and I8217;ve been in touch with the Indian Government as recently as Friday,8221; US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns said in London, according to a transcript made available here. Now, the pact 8220;has to be completed and I would say that it8217;s time to move this agreement forward. The Congressional calendar is crowded,8221; Burns said.
