Moller is one of the accused in money laundering activities committed between 1998-2000 along with one William Leonard Pickard, who has already been convicted and sentenced by a US court in 2004.

Accepting the ASG’s submission, the Bench headed by Justice Mukul Mudgal ordered that Mollar’s passport be held back in custody of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magsitrate till his extradition.

The court gave direction to notify the Iceland Embassy not to issue any travel documents to the accused in case Mollar decided to flee the country.
