CHANDIGARH, March 21: The city police have arrested three persons in three separate cases under Excise Act. Jeet Singh and Surat, residents of Kumhar Colony, were arrested with 50 pouches of liquor each. Jagat Ram was held with alleged possession of 12 bottles of whiskey. Meanwhile, Sector 15 resident Sukhsagar has reported that his four gold bangles, two gold chains and a cash of Rs 2,500 has been stolen from his residence.
