NASHIK, OCT 27: Three persons were killed and three others injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Goi river near Chandwad on the Mumbai-Agra national highway on Tuesday night.

Police sources said all the six persons some of them relatives of the Congress leader Rohidas Patil were going to Mumbai by car to attend the swearing in ceremony at the Raj Bhavan. The truck was coming from the opposite direction. The injured have been admitted at the Nagji hospital here. The truck driver has been taken into custody.
