A Spanish journalist has been breathing down the MEA8217;s neck for an answer on India8217;s inclusion and Spain8217;s exclusion at the summit in Washington. Meanwhile, Spanish envoys in Delhi are spreading the word in South Block that their conservative banking system has actually survived the crisis unlike other European countries. In fact, they claim that some of their banks are now buying up smaller banks on the US west coast.
