
8226; I am 14 years old and my weight is 73 kgs. My height is 5 feet 48221;. My problem is I am too fat waist down. How can I keep fit? Also tell me what should I eat and what should be avoided. I don8217;t have time to go to the gym.

You should cut down your calorie intake 8212; particularly from refined carbohydrates like sugar, soft drinks, sweets, white bread, rice and potatoes and soft drinks. Cut down on fat intake oily, fried and junk food as well and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, soups and salads. If you don8217;t have time to go to the gym, engage in some physical activity like walking or playing some sport.
