Purple orchid
Ingredients: Pineapple juice, blue curacao, rose syrup.
Method: Put the pineapple juice in a blender and mix. Blend the blue curacao and rose syrup separately. Add this concoction to the blended pineapple juice. Garnish with rinds of sweet lime.
Paradise Passion
Ingredients: Pomegranate syrup 30 ml, orange squash 20 ml, lime juice, ice cubes, pineapple juice and soda.
Method: Add 5 or 6 cubes of ice to a zombie glass. Then add pomegranate juice, orange squash and a dash of lime juice. Top it up with pineapple juice and a dash of soda. Garnish with 2 cherries strung on a straw and a slice of sweet lime.
Silver lining
Ingredients: Melon liqueur, Drambuie, Seven Up and scotch.
Method: Use a champagne saucer glass. Chill a small amount of Seven Up over some ice and add Drambuie to it. Take a glass and add melon liqueur to it. Then pour the Drambuie-Seven Up mixture over it. Float the scotch over it. Garnish a sea horse carved out of a sweet lime peel. Anexotic cocktail with a distinct glistening silver line which will brighten your day.
The cool kiss
Ingredients: Coconut water, leechi syrup, fresh lime and coconut ice cream.
Method: Begin by adding leechi syrup and fresh lime. Then add chilled coconut water with crushed ice in a glass that is coloured. Use a zombie coloured glass (tall). Top it up with coconut ice cream and froth with soda.
Mexicali rose
Ingredients: Fresh water melon juice 100 ml, vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp, cardamom powder.
Method: Use a crinkled glass. Blend the above ingredients with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh water melon and a sprig of mint. Watermelon juice succumbs to lush vanilla ice cream, heady with cardamom.
Mango flamenco
Ingredients: Mango juice 60 ml, khus syrup 10 ml, Seven Up 100 ml, fresh lime juice.
Method: Build up a mocktail. Add khus syrup, mango juice and then add some crushed ice and a dash of fresh lime. Garnish with fresh lime slice or mint sprig and cherry. Mango getsswept away by sparkling Seven Up and exotic khus.
