Family sources said Kumar informed his wife on Friday evening that he would return home a bit late. The family members began searching for Kumar when he did not return home that night.
His father, Pramanand Singh, registered a missing report at Phulwarisharif police station yesterday.
The family suspected that Kumar might have been kidnapped.
