NEW DELHI, April 21: Centuries by Sunil Joshi and Delhi under-19 wicket-keeper bastman Varun Kumar and their 160 runs partnership for the fourth wicket enabled Winsom Club beat Pusa Youngsters by 140 runs in an A-I Division match of the DDCA League.

Electing to bat, Winsom Club made 269 at the loss of six wickets in the alloted 40 overs. Joshi’s scored unbeaten 112 which had seventeen boundaries. Varun made 102 hitting thirteen boundaries. Their partnership of 160-runs lifted the side that was collapsing at one stage when the score was 20 for three when Naveen Asrani (1), Gautam Gambhir (9) and Sohail Rauf were dismissed.

Winsom bowlers too did a great job today as they claimed all the Pusa Youngsters wickets in 25.3 overs at the score of 129. Kuldeep Singh sclaped five while Sohail Rauf took two wickets.

In other matches, Rani Bagh Club beat United Club of India by 44 runs in A-II div, LB Shastri overcame Professional Management Group by nine runs in B div and Three Star Club beat Bara Hindu Rao Club by 28 runs.
