CHANDIGARH, Sept 30: Shivalik Public School-41 and Government Model School-40 bagged the titles in the under-19 boys and girls section respectively in the Chandigarh state Inter-School tennis championship which concluded at Lake Club courts here today.

Results
Boys: Under-19: 1 SPS-41, 2 DAV-8, 3 Govt Model School-10. Under-17: DAV Public School-8, 2 St Stephen8217;s-45, 3 Govt Model School-10. Under-14: 1 DAV Public School-8, 2 Guru Nanak Public School-36, 3 Bhavan Vidyalaya-27.

Girls: Under-19: Govt Model School-40, 2 Carmel Convent School-9, 3 Sacred Heart School-26. Under-14: 1 Sacred Heart School-26, 2 Carmel Convent School-9, 3 Govt Model School-28.

Cricket trials
Trials to select District Panchkula under-19 boys cricket team for the Haryana state cricket championship will be held on October 2 at 10 a.m., at Sector 5 Cricket Stadium.

Players born on or after September 1, 1979, are eligible for the trials.Participants should report to Mahesh Garg at the venue.

Cricket meet
First Super Eight cricket meet will being tomorrow at Government Model Senior Secondary School-32 at 9 a.m.
