Split Cong, friendly Punjab: Time right for Chautala return

The time seems to have come, though his first day in the House was a nasty experience. The next day, the Congress expected him to keep away from the House, unaware that the former CM would turn the tables on them. Chautala has only gained strength from the Congress infighting. Despite being lauded by Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Bishnoi8217;s campaign to cut Hooda8217;s roots is harming the CM and his party. Though within the party Bishnoi seems to has little support, those who know Bhajan Lal are aware of how he is capable of tilting the balance in his favour.
