Congress president Sonia Gandhi has sent a congratulatory message to Maoist leader Prachanda, who is tipped to become Nepal8217;s Prime Minister after the Maoists emerged as the single-largest party in the recent elections. The letter congratulating Prachanda on the electoral success of the CPN-Maoist was said to have been sent a few days back.
