Jameel Ahmed Magic Finger Club has been top seeded in the men8217;s singles of Delhi state carrom championship to be held from March 12 at 2 pm at Anglo Arabic School, Ajmeri Gate.

The other seeds are: J Zahid, Mohd Nasir, Ashish Singh, Mehboob Saeed, Sanjay Bhatnagr, Sualeheen and VD Narayan.

Telecom meet
The Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited wrestlers will try to retain their superiority over the other collegueas from all over the country when they take on them in the 14th All-India Telecom Wrestling meet which gets under way at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium from tomorrow.

According to C.V. Rajan, chief general manager of the MTNL, this has been a prestigeous meet which the Delhi Telecom grapplers have been winning for the last five years. This year, too, he hoped the Delhi wrestlers will give a good account of themselves and try to keep the title with them.
