State-level athletic meet at Thane from today
The 15th Maharashtra State-Level Open Athletic meet, sponsored by Bharat Petroleum, will be held at the Dadoji Konddeo Stadium, Thane from January 29 to February 1. Many prominent clubs and institutions from all over the State will be participating. Prizes are there to be won in 134 events for eight age groups in boys and girls besides men and women.
Athletic Meet for hearing impaired
Sanskardham Vidyalaya, Goregaon will be organising an All-Mumbai Inter-School Athletic Meet for the hearing impaired on January 30. The event will be held at the Prabhodhan Krida Bhavan, Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon W from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The event is being sponsored by Philips India and Saraswat Co-op Bank.
