A comic strip featuring the tale of athletes, who consume banned drugs to enhance their performances has been put together by the UN to create awareness among youth about the dangers of doping in sports.

The adventures of Rattus Holmes and Felis Watson, based on famous characters in Sir Athur Conan Doyle’s legendary stories of detective Sherlock Holmes, is the story of how two athletes react to the pressures of competitive sport.

While one gives in to the pressure put on him by his trainer and teammates, the other refuses to relent and endures the harder way.

The cartoon strip is available on the website of UNESCO.
