JAIPUR, JANUARY 25: The case lodged against filmstar Salman Khan for allegedly shooting endangered blackbucks has hardly made any progress for one or the other reasons.

This time the hurdle is the strike by court employees. They have joined the ongoing stir by state employees for bonus and dearness allowance. This has led to the hearing of the case being put off.

According to the actor8217;s counsel, Hastimal Saraswat, a chargesheet has been filed only for illegal hunting, registered by the police in Mathania. The case came up for hearing today but was put off till February 2 because of the strike by court employees.

Salman Khan and Satish Shah are the accused in this case. In the other two cases, one for poaching and another under the Arms Act , investigations were still on, Saraswat said. These cases were slated for hearing yesterday but had to be postponed till February 15.
