MUMBAI, SEPT 6: Ruparel lead with 19 points after six rounds in Group A of the Inter-collegiate chess tournament organised by the Bombay Chess Association at the University Pavilion today.Mulund College of Commerce dominate Group B with 18 points after five rounds in Group B.Ruparel defeated Vivekanand Engineering 2.5-1.5 this mirning. Sachin Karnik of Ruparel beat Vivekanand's Madon R. Ruparel's Rajesh Bandekar, Vikas Dubey and Hrishikesh Chavan were successful in holding Vivekanand's Srinivas, Vivek B and Sumit Govlani respectively. Vivekanand are on second spot with seven points.In Group B, defending champions MCC swept aside Vasai's Vartak 4-0 to gain lead.
