HYDERABAD, MARCH 19: All the six candidates of the Telugu Desam Party and Congress were officially declared elected to the Rajya Sabha on Saturday after the expiry of deadline for withdrawals.
The new MPs are: Alladi Raj Kumar, S Ramamuni Reddy, Vanga Geeta and K Ramamohan Rao all TDP, Dasari Narayana Rao and K M Khan Congress.
The fifth candidate put up by the Telugu Desam, Chokkapu Suryanarayana, withdrew his papers on Wednesday itself.
