TORONTO, SEPT 11: Indian bowlers led by Robin Singh bowled a discreet line and extracted the maximum out of the windy conditions to bowl out West Indies for a lowly 163 runs in the DMC Cup opener today.
Robin Singh, along with Debashish Mohanty and Nikhil Chopra did the early damage and had the West Indians tottering at 57 for four after skipper Saurav Ganguly won the toss and elected to field. After Mohanty rattled the stumps of Adrian Griffiths and Chopra got Shivnarain Chanderpaul 16 dismissed, stumped by MSK Prasad, Robin Singh bowled out Chris Gayle and had skipper Brian Lara caught by Kanitkar at deep square leg to leave the Caribbeans precariously placed.
