AMBALA, Oct 30: The Haryana Postal Circle has computerised RMS services to provide better services to its customers. Haryana Circle chief post master general T.R. Sharma said the Ambala RMS office was one of the 37 such offices across the country which had modernised processing of mail and registered articles.
The objective, he said, was to establish a computerised registration channel CRC with electronic connectivity between CRC and post offices in the country in a fast and efficient manner. The processing of articles would be increased to 1,000 against the 640 done earlier, he added.
