BANGALORE, July 22: The Indian Space Research Organisation ISRO and the Indian Institute of Science have launched a collaborative educational and research programme on 8216;Satellite Technology and its Applications8217;. The programme aims at developing scientific and technical manpower needed for space projects and to upgrade the knowledge of inservice scientists and engineers involved in space programmes. The programme also envisages collaboration with the International Space University, Strasbourg, France.
