SURAT, Feb 16: Ravi Prabha8217;, a book edited by Prof Hakumat Desai and Dr Ashwin Desai was released by retired Supreme Court Judge Justice D A Desai at a function held here recently. While releasing the book Justice Desai described Dr Ravindra Dixit as a multi-dimensional personality who had a humanitarian outlook.

Litterateur Bhagwatikumar Sharma praised the book and called Dixit a Vidyapurush. Chairman of standing committee of Surat Municipal Corporation Ajay Choksi stated that Dixit had brought name and fame to the SMC-run Maskati Hospital during his 35 years of outstanding service.

The book throws light on Dixit8217;s works, some of which were recognised by international bodies like the British Council of Medicine.
