FEROZEPUR, MAY 1: Two brothers, Kulmeet Singh and Gurmeet Singh, residents of Jhuge Nihangan in Ferozepur, have been booked for chopping off one leg of a woman, Preeto. The duo reportedly fled with the leg.According to the Ferozepur Sadar police, the two accused had raped Preeto in 1996 and were sentenced to 10 years' RI on the charge of rape. Both the accused escaped from the court after hearing the judgment on April 28. Later, that night, the accused avenged themselves by chopping off the leg of the complainant.
