CHANDIGARH, Jan 28: The Haryana8217;s Government Railway Police, accompanied by city police, cordoned off the Panjab University8217;s Kasturba Hostel here tonight to quot;conduct a searchquot;. According to police sources, the GRP had come with warrants to arrest an Irani national staying in the hostel under Narcotics Act as some smack was allegedly recovered from her sometime back.
