Union textiles minister shankarsinh vaghela on tuesday said newly-appointed Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi8217;s campaigning alone will not ensure victory for the party in the coming Assembly elections in Gujarat. 8220;Rahul8217;s campaigning alone cannot be the factor to ensure victory for the party,8221; he said.
