NEW DELHI: The diplomatic wrangle over the release of two Indian soldiers in Pakistani custody for the last 16 days showed no signs of being resolved on Wednesday with New Delhi making it clear that they be handed back as per military custom, away from media glare. CRPF men hurt

SRINAGAR: In stepped-up violence before the third phase of Lok Sabha polls on September 18 in Baramulla, 18 people, including seven members of a family and seven ultras, were killed and 40 others, mostly securitymen, were wounded in Kashmir valley since last evening. Two civilians were killed and 32, including 27 CRPF personnel, were wounded when militants detonated an Improvised Explosive Device IED damaging a private bus carrying jawans at Sopore town of Baramulla district this afternoon.
