Painting contest result
Akshay Pankawala of Maharashtra English School and S Manaza of Hutching High School have won the first prizes in the below five years and five to seven years age groups in the painting competition, held by the YMCA Poona at its Quartergate centre on January 26. The other first prize winners are Suraj Dandekar of Symbiosis School 7-9 years, Pratik N Mehta 9-12 years and Nikhil N Mehta 12-15 years, both of Muktangan English School.
Scholarship exams
The scholarship examinations for pre-primary fourth standard andsecondary seventh standard which were slated to be held on May 3 on account of the parliamentary elections will now be conducted in the state on April 5 as per the original schedule.
