McLaren Formula One driver Jenson Button believes that he can still defy the odds and win the world championship despite the big lead currently enjoyed by Red Bulls Sebastian Vettel.
Defending world champion Vettels victory at Sundays Belgian Grand Prix helped him to stretch his lead over Button in the drivers championship to 110 points.
Button admits that with only seven races left this season it will take a monumental effort to catch Vettel, but insists he certainly hasnt given up.
Im a racing driver, and I know how these things can suddenly change around,so I know that its never over till its over. It would be disappointing to think that hes uncatchable, Sky Sports quoted Button,as saying.
There are still seven races remaining thats 175 points if you won them all 8211; and you never know what might happen,so its definitely still game on, he added.
