‘Men prefer beautiful bimbos over ugly,clever women’

Researchers for a portal have based their findings on an analysis of a survey in Britain they found that 73 per cent of men are more likely to opt for a beautiful blonde.

While most women prefer brains over brawns,men would rather date beautiful bimbos than ugly,clever females,a new study has revealed.

Researchers for ‘OnePoll.com’ portal have based their findings on an analysis of a survey in Britain they found that 73 per cent of men are more likely to opt for a beautiful blonde,the British media reported.

In the survey,more than half of male respondents said that brains did not come into it as long as the girl is good-looking as it’s important to impress their friends. And,eight out of ten men claimed they’d be intimidated by a clever girl.

But almost three quarters of women said they would go for brains over good looks because handsome men are too vain and those with brains will be able to provide for them.

However,only one in ten said they would go for a good looking guy rather than a clever one because the “sex would be better”,the poll has found.

A spokesman for http://www.OnePoll.com said: “It seems beauty is more important the brains after all. Its only natural people go on first impressions but going on a hot date with a supermodel can only get you so far.

“Although it’s worrying that we don’t seem to appreciate people’s intelligence. If someone is exceptionally bright then it should be congratulated,we shouldn’t criticise them for not being attractive.”
