Novak Djokovics secret of success in the Wimbledon might lie in his decision to dump pastas and all gluten-enriched food.
The 24-year-old Serbian pro tennis player decided to quit pizzas, pastas and pretzels almost a year ago.
According to The Wall Street Journal,Djokovics nutritionist last year found out that the athlete was allergic to the protein, which is found in common flours, reports People Mag.
The outcome of quitting these allergic items certainly reflected in his fitness and better court movement during his final match against defending champion Rafael Nadal.
