Dilshan wishes Sachin Tendulkar ahead of his 40th birthday

Dilshan said Sachin should play more matches to inspire youngsters.

Wishing Sachin Tendulkar ahead of his 40th birthday on Wednesday,Sri Lankan batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan said the senior India cricketer should play more IPL and international matches to inspire youngsters.

8220;I watched Sachin bat yesterday against Delhi Daredevils and he got a half century. He looks to have returned to form. I only wish him that he plays more IPL and international matches,which will be good for youngsters,8221; Dilshan said.

8220;He is a fantastic player and I have always enjoyed Sachin bat,8221; he told reporters at the pre-match press conference ahead of Royal Challenger Bangalore8217;s IPL match against Pune Warriors here tomorrow Tuesday.
