Kim Clijsters will meet Justine Henin in a highly anticipated all-Belgian final of the Brisbane International after both won their semi-finals on Friday.

Top-seeded Clijsters beat Germanys Andrea Petkovic 6-4 6-2,hours after seven-time Grand Slam title winner Henin swept past Ana Ivanovic 6-3 6-2 to secure a spot in the final of her first tournament since returning from retirement.

Henin leads Clijsters 12-10 in head-to-head matches after winning their past three meetings all in 2006.

I dont think anybody,anywhere around the world,especially Belgium,even our own groups and teams8230; ever expected to see this again, Clijsters said. Its real exciting. Its going to be an interesting one again. Its,you know,back to the old days.

Its always special when I play Kim. Its a day I like a lot, Henin said. Thats what a lot of people hoped for and expected. But a lot of things happened to her,a lot of things happen to me. Its going to be a different situation.
