BCCI proposal gains favour Karachi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) is considering moving its headquarters back to London from Dubai after the BCCI submitted a proposal at the last board meeting. The Dawn newspaper claimed BCCI president Shashank Manohar submitted the proposal and most of the affiliated members of the ICC favoured it. All the affiliated members agree on the proposal and they have asked (ICC) president David Morgan and chief executive Haroon Lorgat to undertake a study of what would be required to move back the ICC headquarters to London, the report said.
