David Beckham is to pay three million dollars from his own pocket to be able to continue playing at AC Milan,according to a report in The Times,UK.
Under the terms of the new arrangement,Beckham will stay in Milan until the end of the Serie A season in May,then be available for Englands matches against Kazakhstan and Andorra before returning to the US. He will be able to train,but not play for the MLS club until the opening of the international transfer window on July 15,after which he will complete the MLS season with the Galaxy. He will then be loaned back to Milan until the end of the 2009-10 season,but is expected to take a much-needed break before reporting to the clubs winter training camp,and will able to play for them from the opening of the transfer window on January 1.
