Beauty parlours are also offering special packages on Karwachauth. Indira Ahluwalia of Grace beauty parlour said, 8220;We have about 50 new designs for the customers.8221; They are charging between Rs 500 to Rs 1500 per hand. Many beauty parlours are also offering packages of beauty treatments, at Rs to 350 to 1000.
The bangle-sellers have actually encroached a lot of space on roadside to facilitate lavish decorations. At many places, shopkeepers have displayed bangles outside their shops to attract customers. Decorative karwas and thalis have also made their appearance this time.
