CHANDIGARH, Nov 5: The Chandigarh Nagrik Sabha has called upon the prime minister for taking steps to ensure that no hoarding of onions takes place and the onions are available to the common man at affordable prices. In a letter to the prime minister, Sabha president and general secretary Chaman Lal Sharma and Amarjit Singh Srthi, besides Tejbans Singh Jauhar and N K Nanda, action against the guilty who are indulging in the rigging of prices after resorting to hoarding of the same should also be taken.
