PATIALA, Oct 29: The Punjabi Varsity Rashtriya Ekta Manch hailed the unanimous election of B.S. Bhunder, Prof Pawan Kumar and S.S. Rakhra to the university Syndicate and Dr R.N. Pal and Dr Harminder Singh Deol to the finance committee. In a joint statement here today, Manch president B.S. Mann thanked the v-c for evolving a consensus.
